Ryan Fellows, a street racer and cast member of the Discovery Show “Street Outlaws: Fastest in America,” died in a car accident on Sunday, Variety has confirmed. He was 41 year age.

The deadly crash accident was first reported by TMZ, which said the crash happened outside of Las Vegas while Ryan Fellows was filming for the show.

Discovery and the official Twitter account for the “Street Outlaws” franchise confirmed the news on Monday morning.

“The ‘Street Outlaws’ family is heartbroken by the accident that led to the tragic death of Ryan Fellows,” a Discovery spokesperson told Variety. “We extend our deepest sympathy to Ryan’s loved ones as they process this sudden and devastating loss.”

According to the report by TMZ, Fellows was racing another driver early Sunday morning outside Las Vegas in a scheduled race for the night of the show when he lost control near the finish line.

The vehicle, a gold Nissan 240z, rolled over and get fire. Onlookers tried to pull Fellows out of the deadly burning car, but were failed.
